As the NASDAQ consolidates its recent gains, I'm looking for some sector rotation within technology and I leaning towards biotechs on the long side. GILD and AMGN look like solid breakout candidates if this scenario plays out.
NDAQ may be able to break resistance on the third test.
JOYG should succumb to pressure and break on the fourth test of support.
